I've had this car for a long time sitting around and just generally pissing me off. I bought it with a snapped crankshaft, and got a known good low mileage engine to swap in. Well I never got around to actually doing that, so currently the engine is in my garage and the transmission is in the passenger seat. It has a few dings and such, nothing major, though the hood that's on it got blown a good 50 feet by the wind while I was pulling the enigne and got nicely dented and scratched. I have another hood for it, same color (red) that has no damage, included with the car.

I also have sitting here a brand new clutch for it, and the back seat is just full of stuff. I think there are two APC intakes back there among some other shit I never bothered to clean out. The drivers seat is a little worn and has a tear in the back. It has an electric sunroof and all that junk, as I recall everything in it works fine. I just don't want to fuck with it, it has everything needed to make it run and drive short of the initiative to actually go do it.

I can get some pictures up tomorrow, $800

No parting, I want nothing to do with it. It's taking up valuabe space. I do have some spare engine parts for it, though.

EDIT: 2,200 posts! I WIN!!!

As I said I have a perfectly good hood for it. The tire that's a little low holds air just fine, it's just been sitting for quite a while and has slowly leaked some air out. I have some spare engine parts, off the old engine, aside from that I beleive everything needed to drop the engine in is in the car or my garage.

Hey I got an 89 Prelude thats just sitting on the side of my house, too. I just bought it about 4 months ago from this old guy who had just swaped the old engine with a known good, 10K miles, rebuilt B20A3. Then about two months ago, I got into a collision that kinda screwed up the front left tire. Its been sitting in my yard ever since. Anyways, How much did u say u were selling that lude for? 800? Well, i guess thats good considering it also has a known good rebuilt motor under that......uh..... nice hood!! I might be interested in it, I probably could salvage the front left for my car. Where are u located? Is it a B20A3? well i got 2 go . W/B

No idea what the hell a B20A3 is. If that's what came in it, then that's what it has now. I'm in Louisville.

 A B20A3 is the carbureted 12-valve engine that came in the 2.0 S. There was also the Si and 2.0 Si models, both of them are fuel injected 16-valve DOHC engines... the Si had 2.1L (B21 engine) and the 2.0 Si had 2.0L (B20A5 engine).

Then yes, it's a B20A3 :)

Honda engine codes are one of those things I never bothered to pay attention to, I know the two numbers designate displacement and that's it. The rest of it doesn't affect me since as soon as I sell this thing I will finally have completely rid myself of the roling garbage known as Honda :)

 Way to sell a car, hahahah. But yes, 3rd gen Preludes often qualify as "rolling garbage"

I think my Prelude was one of the few that was not under that classification. :)
