He had an inverted nipple type of exhaust[only noticeable mod]. Saw him in a turn lane onto wads, stayed behind him. He took off from the light I was easy up on it.. We made it to another intersection, thats when I thought Id take a shot at my first suby. From a ten mile an hour roll, I had em in first and second. By third he was a half a car length ahead of me. He flew up on traffic and I just let off. Pretty fun. :) edit- when I was in front of him, man did his engine sound wicked.

No WRXs in the late 90s. You probably went up against a 2.5RS Impreza. Non-turbo. Slow as fuck.

Oh... well I did hear a bov once he was passing me.. It didnt look like the newer sti's... Guess I need to get my subarus together then..

yea WRX's started in 02 i believe. It might have been a boosted 2.5 RS

what color? any rims, stickers, tint?

It was light blue, semi tinted. It had yellow 5 spoker rims. And it was debadged. No spoiler too.

Probably an RS with a turbo. They can be as quick as a stock WRX. Nice kill.
