For all the people living on there own or with one other person, could you sum up your living expenses to kind of give me an example. The only thing i dont want included in the price tag is car payment, and the rent fee, also can you say weather or not its just you or you and someone else. Thanks for your help. Feel free even to just post one of your expenses, if thats all you want to share or all that you can think of, again thanks alot.

Yeah hoas in this area are fucking expensive... we have to pay for the parks and ponds and pool and tennis courts... etc. Plus it pays for water, trash, snow and when the houses need paint or roofs or whatever...

I thought you were in a townhome?

I think my next house will be a townhome. It'd be nice not to worry about shoveling, mowing, maitenence etc. Plus the insurance is a lot cheaper on a town home. I think when all said and done its probably close to the same price for a townhome and a home. Just depends on what you want.

just call up aol and tell them you want to cancel cause you found a cheaper isp. they'll give you a few months for free
