I just had to post this considering the excitement I got from it:

I'm coming home last night from meeting a guy on here to sell him my lip (kenny) in Castle Rock and I'm down on Powers and Stetson Hills. I'm in the left lane minding my own business and out of the corner of my eye I see a nice blue car pull up and stop a few feet short of being parallel with me. I knew what it was instantly but double took cause a chance like this doesn't usually present itself very often. Sure enough, it was a new model NSX. I hurriedly pushed a few buttons to enable my 'race mode' and popped it to let him know what I had in mind. He didn't really reciprocate so I wasn't sure if he caught my intentions but I was going regardless.

The light changed and I nailed it. The turbo spooled very quickly due to the changes I had made while setting up at the light and of course began to spin the tires. To my excitement, I glanced over and back a bit to see that he knew exactly what was going on and was in it with me. I dropped the gas to get out of the spin and punched it again. I got it up to about 80 or 90 and was well ahead of him and then backed out - Powers is a cop-riddled road. He flew by and I let out an excited "W00T!!'. I had to turn at the next light, but he waved me back up into the left lane so I obliged. I rolled my window down and he asked if I wanted to go again. I told him that that wasn't the best road to be doing this and we went back and forth about what I had done and this and that. The light changed and he hit it, I wasn't ready cause he and I were talking and there were a bunch of cars in my lane from the perpendicular traffic turning onto Powers so he won that one, I guess.

Anyhow, that's it. I destroyed an NSX and it felt really good. :D

I've been incogneto :p

I ran down to AZ to see some old friends and dropped the car off at a shop there to see what they could do with the manifold.. They tweaked it a bit but determined that the flange on the manifold itself is warped so next time I take it off I need to take it to a belt sander to flatten it out again. It works ok for now.

I'll be making a few new mods very soon and then getting Tobi to tune me up for the altitude and new mods. I'll be up at bandi and down in pueblo this season for sure. Say a prayer for my axles. haha

Good to see you man. :)

ever race a silver tsi on the interstate? I killed a white turbo civic a month, month and 1/2 ago just outside of castle rock, more towards co springs...

I don't get on I25 all that often and I haven't gotten into it with anyone on it. I'm the only one that drives my car so it wasn't me. :)

I'm not one to usually race on public streets, but I just couldn't pass up the NSX haha

NSX are way underpowered. I've seen them get killed by everything from BMW's to 240sx's and yes it was a nice ass 240.

I'd like to see those BMWs and 240SXs take an NSX around 2nd Creek.

Still a sweet kill and you gave the guy some ego damage for the evening.

I like to see that also,

the nsx was probily stock,
nsx's aren't all that fast just look like they are.
come on the car only has a v6, not a v12 or a v10

try finding the red nsx down in castle rock and see if he will race you. boost vs boost
