I got to be a test car for the newest Dyno Dynamics dynamometer right here in my own town. Super Rupair now has a Dyno Dynamics AWD dyno. They can do any car, motorcycle, quad, etc. I had a great day and made consistently 278 HP at the wheels on 4 pulls. I never checked the torque but I will find out what that was too. This dyno is the pessimistic type as I made 310 at MAC. No crying.

They are really psyched to get into the tuning biz and have brought a bunch of techs and tuners in to their operation. They can reflash most boosted Subarus as well as Evolutions. The performance end of the operation is Tarmac-USA and they have a website too.

I have been saving the good news for last. They are trying to get a lot of baselines in their database so 2 pulls will be only $19.95 no tuning, just baseline pulls. WOOT!!!

Bring yer Vette, Turbo Hayabusa, Harley, Banshee, STi, Honda Civic, Bring it all!

The phone number is 303-442-6508 Ask for Joseph.

Waiting for ya. Actually I am waiting for my 20g so I can sell it. That means you have to wait a few more weeks.

Edit, stock STis are hitting around 230 on this dyno.

Kris is a good guy too.

Super Rupair is at 1309 Yarmouth. By the BUSTOP in north Boulder.

I don't know if Kris will match that price for a baseline. I will have to get one there to see if the dynos match though.

Edit- they had a Harley on there yesterday that made 191HP with a 1.14 CF.

A harley with 191? thats hard to believe from a V-TWIN, you sure it wasnt torque?

Yup. Gary, the owner is really into em. It belonged to one of the techs. I am skeered of that bike. I am not sure I beleive it either.

There is gonna be a series of tuning courses offered in July as well on this dyno. http://www.efi101.com/schedule.html

I don't know, I just saw the sheet for it.

These guys take the cake though.

edit- that doesn't sound right does it. On the link above there is a turbo V-Rod that only made 191 at sea level, so I am going to look into this one.

a guy i work with had a turbo hayabusa that put down like 425whp...it pulled mid-high 8's at bandi...and i wouldnt say its "impossible" to ride cause the nhra pro-stock bikes are putting down those sort of #'s..but i know what you mean...w/o wheelie bars you wouldnt be able to keep the bike from going over...backwords

Was that with the same setup as when Harold and Wally were dead even?

What's all done to your car?

Catless turboback, FCD, MBC at 18 psi, lightened crank pulley, K&N drop-in filter and lowering springs.

I remembered the temperature and barometric pressure read at the dyno. 78F and 24.2 in-Hg. Correction factor comes out to about 1.24. That would make the corrected values: 306whp/367wtq

You dont have to calculate it, they do it all the shop for you, aka DONT WORRY ABOUT IT.

If you want to learn how you do it, then go search n00b. Just like you should for everything else.
