i dunno some kid that lives down the street from my parents... the headlight has been like that... something to do with moisture getting inside or something, i dunno... i would have cleaned it off if it was on the outside...

You've got minor swirling, some oxidation, your head lights could use some polishing and the last guy who tried to polish your tail lights ripped you off. He buffed them too much and took out all the red. You should ask for your money back.
