b18c1 block to b16a2 head ?

have you put the b18c1 block togher with the b16 head any thing need to be moddified or is it a direct swap

also i do not want a ls block somthing about no griddle or oil squiters i just dont get along with i know you can add this stuff to the ls

but i want to know about the gsr block to the b16a2 head

and maby if you know what kind of hp numbers are we talking about
