head question

got 2 heads. both say pr3 on them and some other stuff. can you tell which head is what year and model. i know pr3 are b16 heads but what years?? here is the specs that i got off the heads

Head #1
pr3-3
then theres a set of numbers that read
99-01-90-90
-doesnt have any of those dial looking things
-when you take the valve cover off the plates over the camshaft is silver and smooth

Head #2
pr3-4
numbers read
89-12-90
dial thing points at 9
camshaft plate is gold, rounded and thicker

can you tell what model b16's these came out of. thanx alot.
