Welp I just had a relatively close fun run :)
Was getting onto I-225 when a black 730 series BMW (I'm not exactly sure on the trim, but it was a 7XX) blew (sounded like it had aftermarket exhaust) around me cause apparently he didn't like it when I blew around him and the car in front of him while I was merging (they were going pretty slow) :). I couldn't help it but the car is running nice and strong now that it's like 30 degress outside hehehe :)
Anyhow I eventually caught back up to him thru traffic. Pulled up next to him and the girl in the passenger seat was laughing. We had a little blurp of a fun run at this point as there was traffic ahead and I didn't want to get stupid. So we both gun it, I was ~5K rpm's, so I was already running pretty strong. Put on about a 1/2 car length within the brief moment we got on it. I slowed down and he went in front of me and got in my lane. I got in the left lane and he followed suit behind as I moved around the slow traffic. We came around a curve that leads into a straight which was nice and open for a little while. So I wait till he gets up on my bumper and I start to gun it. He had smoked head lights and I also remember seeing some kind of sticker in the back window. Anyhow I punched it around 4k rpm's, and WOT to 5k he stayed right with me, not pulling nor loosing. Then I got into the 5k rpm band and I started to pull on him decently. I put around 1-1 1/2 car lengths on him and was going but I started to get on the brakes because of traffic coming up. So he blows by me in the right hand lane and took off.
That was a pretty fun run and the car was a really good challenge IMO. For such a big looking car it sure did a good job of getting up and going. I think the car would of looked pretty good, except the drivers side door was dinged and the pin-striping was yanked off and looked tacky. I dont know if it was any1 on the boards, but it was a black dude w/ a white chick. So if any1 knows them, tell me I say thanks for the good runs :) That big car was about as fast as the older white Infinity I ran into a while back, definately fun runs.
