Turbo or NA? Reason I ask is the max torque you'll see. I'd think an organic ACT disc and upgraded pressure plate should work. Weston makes about that power and a lot of torque, so he'd have some good suggestions.

ACT XTSS should work well for that power level and it will drive like stock. Clutch effort will increase a little.

I put an ACT street clutch in my Evo and love!!! Just my 2 cents.

I am at 250 with my civic and have a ACT organic street disk with my stock pressure plate and it seems to be holding up pretty good.

I'm a big fan of the action clutches. As long as you aren't making enough torque to step up to a twin/triple disk, action makes a great clutch

I have the 2md right now. The kevlar ones are soopsed to last forever, but they ohld less torque. I would definitely overshoot it a bit (i.e, choose a clutch that will hold at least a little bit more torque than you expect to have). If the kevlar one is supposed to hold up to your desired torque, go for it.
The 2md that I have has a dual diaphragm, and it is stiffer than stock. It takes a little getting used to, but its totally daily-drivable. My pops has a 2md in his h22 civic and he daily drives it without any problems.

I have a Kevlar Action Clutch. Unfortunately, I've only driven for it about 1k miles on it. It's held up great so far. Not much else to report.

Exedy doesn't make a suitable clutch for FI Hondas... Maybe their less streetable ones will work, but here's what happens when you use thier street disc:

Exedy also makes a beefier 3-puck clutch, but it is still a sprung-hub disc. I helped a guy put one in his GSR, and it was pretty streetable, but he wasn't boosted yet, so I don't know how well it will hold up. I've always thought of Exedy as an OEM-style clutch. Most people I know with boosted Hondas are using the ACT 6-puck unsprung disc, which is what I use. It is dirt cheap (<$100), streetable (takes a bit of getting used to, but I daily drive it with no problems), and takes a lot of abuse. Plus you can slip it all you want (to preserve your axles) and it doesn't burn.

what pressure plate did you use w/your act? i really dont want to spend 400+ on a clutch kit from action.

I used the ACT Xtreme pressure plate, and it's not the cheapest, but no problems so far.
