New alarm with turbo timer HELPPP!!!!

Anyone know how to use a turbo timer with an aftermarket alarm??

Problem: I cant activate (lock) the doors when the timer is on.

What car is it? On my Integra the alarm power is hook up to the same wire as the stereo and so it doesn't do anything with ignition. There's 2 wire on the side near the key ignition that need to be tap. See where is the power source to the alarm is comming from. (neva mind me, I don't know crap!!!)
