450 - 500.00 for now. Prices are going up after this batch of orders done and shipped.

I'll be making Intercooler piping and downpipes to go with the mani's here soon. Waiting on my distributor for stainless and aluminum.

what kind of welder do you use, and what type of steel. also, where do you get your flanges from? would you be able to sell just a set of flanges (I need all three. engine, wastegate, and turbo)

btw hows the car running?

Its all hand Tigged, All 304 Stainless, I have a supplier I go through for the flanges but i'll be CNC cutting them myself here pretty soon :p. PM me for price on the flanges and for what engine....

Those look great. How's the penetration? Do you purge (is that even possible when welding shapes such as this)?

Thanks, im getting pretty good penetration on them as you can see in the last pic I have posted (i know i know my camera sucks). Even with different shapes they all follow the same concept pretty much. Back purging is pretty simple, I have different purge cups and plates I use and for spots I can't purge, I use a sheilding compound.

damn! details?

I'm not sure what happened. I put it on the dyno because it was runiing kinda rough. I did one pull and it started oil smoking real bad. I did a compression test and ended up with 155 psi on all but one and that one was 70 psi. I'm an idiot and didn't do a wet test to see if was rings. I think I still want a stock B18 but I have to sell the D16 first.

Sounds like a cracked ring land?

I have a b18 shortblock im trying to clear away...

I know you have one, but I need to sell the D16 first. As soon as I get rid of that, I'll tear into it to see what I need.

yep, as soon as Im caught up on the b-series manifolds and finsh with this KA24...the S is next. Right now im looking at 2weeks if no more orders come in and nope, im not working with Tobi on yours..
