Recently my car has been idling pretty low -- around 650rpm's... there seems to be no real repitiion when it does it. Sometimes it'll be at 650, most the time it'll be at 750. Is there anything I can check?

vacuum lines, look for leaks

Would air in the coolant system cause a low idle?

Would 650RPM really be that low?
Mine idles at 500RPM I think.

Vacuum leaks are your best bet, or perhaps a bad IACV (that's supposed to throw a CEL though, and it's rare).

mine dips down to 450 every once in a while

but emissions sticker says 700 +- 50rpm for idle so yours isn't deathly low

Yea, it's just supposed to be at 750rpms... which means something is wrong if it is going lower. :(

you're fine
try the TPS....check the voltage at Idle
may need to adjust the idle screw in the TB


try cleaning everything...get some TB cleaner and hose it down
or take the manifold off...clean it up and replace all the gaskets
you're lookin at maybe 2-3 hours of work...30-50 bux for gaskets/o rings


but I wouldnt really worry about it man
