Uberdata isnt a company and I dont think there are any certifications to tune it.
Only possible type of certification would be being listed in their tuner directory, I think.

yea i was looking at that site today but really was wondering what all i would need to down load it to my computer and then load it on to my ECU...have a d16z6 P28 if theres specifc info for certain engin

you would need some one to chip it....basicly a reprogamable(sp) chip and resestors...then a Chip Buner and a datalog cable....talk to StreetKings on this board he charges 50 to chip ECUs...
