Well....figured I'd start it here. If it doesn't belong here...then "They will move it!"
My stock seats are old & pretty much useless. Besides the fact that it's a Honda....it's an 8 year old car. When it comes to hard cornering or canyon run type driving....they don't hold me in place....at all! I plan on registering for Solo II this year....and these seats just won't cut it!
Here's the dilema!
I'm looking for aftermarket seats like Recaro or Bride that hold to safety standards...but I'm ALSO looking for seats that sit LOWER than the factory seats! I'm 6'3" tall, and another 2" lower than the factory seat would offer more comfort and maneuverability(sp?) while driving, while ALSO holding my sorry ass in place during the cornering!
I'm not looking for one of those framed seats that don't recline....but more along the lines of the seats that reside in the Scoob STi! Comfort WITH the functionality!
Any info is appreciated!
