8 of them. I am wiring an AFC on a buddies Eclipse. When are you available to pick them up? We can cruise down to CR to get them unless you are coming up to Denver for some reason.

Also, the shack just had standard wire taps. I need the ones with the connector on them like my link shows. :)

Home depot or any major store that has wiring stuff...even the bigger parts stores should have them I think.

It's actually my AFC that Mario and I are installing. I tried Ace and Home Depot last night. They had nothing. I think I'll try A&A (sp?) Trading Post on Broadway today.

don't use those shit taps.... when I worked Car Install, I can't tell you the number of alarm problems we fixed because of those fucking things. At least they were easy money for our shop. An old installer friend of mine showed me a better way, he called it his mexican scotch-lock. basically, just carfully strip the wire, without cutting the conductors, then stick a testlight, or some other sharp onject, through the center of the conductors, carfully seperating them. now strip the wire your tapping in about an inch, twist the conductors together, and thread them through the hole in your other wires. Squeeze the hole back together, and wrap the 1 icnh section around the hole tightly. now tape it up... you can always dab a little solder on ther to, if you're paranoid. Never had a conection like that fail... just make sure you use good e-tape, the cheap stuff tends to try and come loose when it gets hot.
problem with the connectors your talking about is that half the time they cut some of the conductors when you clamp them down, then as the connection is shook around, they loosen up, and you have strange intermittent problems......

While installing today I took one of the taps off and it seems like it cut the wire perfectly so I used them. Where his ECU was it it was a pain in the pass to get anything done there.
