i cant find n e help for this...whenever my lights are off in my 96 hatch my right rear blinker blinks extremly fast...when my lights are on it is extremely slow...all my lights are good and its not a fuse...any ideas?

are u sure? usually the fast blinking tells you that your bulbs are giving out

no..all the connections are good and i didnt do a hack on it..and its been doing it for like 6 monthes now

and it acutally does it with the front right blinker too...same way

Check to make sure all your bulbs work and that all functions(ie: hazards, blink left/right, brakes) work. Could be a bulb burned out or bad relay.

all works perfectly...tried other ecu's checked all wiring...cant find anything

Are you using LED bulbs? I know I you throw LED's in as the turn signals it will do that. Just a thought...

on the bottom of your blubs is there two metel dot looking things or just one....

You might have a wrong bulb somewhere. Check and make sure all the correct bulbs are in the correct places.
