i was looking at this site earlier, and saw that they had some pretty decent proces on turbos and manifolds. but, i was wondering about the quality of these pieces, the manifolds in particular. they look pretty good. mandrel bent equal length, 304 Stainless steel. the turbos look good too, but i wanted to check and see if anyone had any direct experience with them or their products. thanks

I have a rebuilt T3 from them. It has some shaftplay... but I am not sure if it is within spec. Once I get it checked this weekend I'll let you know. Can't help you out with the manifold, mine is from Rank1Racing.

I don't know about those manifolds. They remind of SS AutoChrome.

The Turbos though. Supposed to be rebuilt. I'm waiting for Mario to have it inspected!

I bought the manifold locally from someone. You can buy it from their website though.

It's a b-series mani, and it's not for sale. :)

I sent him a couple of emails and PMs but he never replied... oh well.

I would look at www.cheapturbo.com for a turbo instead of turbocalculator as I have heard some pretty negative things about them.

Nope. TEC is closed Sat. and Sun, and I called them today and they were closed presumably for President's Day. It looks like tomorrow might be the day.

TEC hasn't called me back to let me know. I am going to take some video of the shaftplay and post it up and see what people think.
