ls vtec turbo

Does an ls vtec work good with turbo or do i have to trade out internals to make this combo work? Any experience with this setup anygvone?

it would be ok but it depends on what internals you are going to use.

If you are going to use stock honda internals, use the ls pistons and rods. You will have a 9.5 to 1 comp ratio good for boost, but don't push more than 7-9 psi

Yes it works fine, just make sure it's done right in the beginning. ex. oil supply and fittings. I am currently running ls/vtec turbo but almost all of the internals are aftermarket.
