Can I use my own block ? I have an ls engine right now. I heard ls vtecs arent very efficient ?

Got a B16a2 stock out of a 99 SI with tranny 1750 or I have a complete built b18a with srp 10.5.1 comp pistons, rage block guard, gude port & polished head Bullfrog cams port matched intake, bored throttle body, arp head studs, gsr oil pump, everything brand new 0 miles give me a pm so we can talk on this just the head cost 1600 for the work.
