cam for d16z6

any one know a good cam for a d16z6 want an umgrade and am giong to change out the valves, springs and retainers so doesnt matter if it requires it... thanks :)

Skunk2 now makes SOHC performance cams but I don't know about valvetrain. Skunk2.com check there stuff out.
