Roommate needed

More than likely, I will be looking for a new roommate around March. My current roommate isnt really working out and it looks like its only going to get worse. Im waiting til March so i can have my basement finished by then. Rent would be $450 plus 1/2 of bills. The nice thing is that the room will be in the basement with its own bathroom. The basement is a walkout. So its kind of like you have your own level. The house is in Castle Rock and will be about 1700 Sq Ft with the basement finished. Washer and dryer are included. Decent sized backyard and there is no covidence.

Its not too bad of a place, especially once the basement is all finished. Cant really beat the price either.

Yeah it's a nice place and cheap rent. I'd be there if my lease was up anytime soon. Highly recommend anyone looking that's responsible to check out this place to rent as it's a nice house, good neighborhood and responsible owner. Rent it!

Thanks for the referrals guys. Im definately looking for someone responsible to move in. They have to have job referrals that i can call and talk to and other referrals. No credit checks tho.

Dave, I may be looking for a place this March depending on how my college setup will be going. Farther commute already to places, but sounds like a nice deal. I'll let you know once I find out what college I am going to.
