Got ripped off so bad...

I hired a company to bill my web hosting clients and after 2 years, I discovered that they were ripping me off blind.
They were fixing the books so I would get less than the percentage I was supposed to, and also telling me that some of my clients just left for no reason. Come to find out, they had moved those clients to another server and were billing them to keep all of the money...
Back in June/July, they told me that they were having financial difficulties and couldn't pay me on time, so I let them slide a couple months to get caught up. BIG Mistake! I found out that they went to HAWAII on vacation! During that time, the fucker and his little troll wife also bought a brand new HARLEY and a $2000 gas grill......WTF???

I even had a contract and non-compete with them! After calling them and telling them that it was over and they just need to pay me for the last two months, they said that they don't owe me anything and that they "earned" those(my) clients.
So now I am out a couple thousand bucks, lost half of my clients, and just overall pissed off...I want to get a lawyer to sue their asses, but after losing all this cash, I am broke!

So, I ask anybody that like to mess with thieves and overall assholes to make these people's lives hell. Make sure you disable caller ID! I can only do so much...

A book you may want to read is called "Get Even". It's by George Hayduke. You can get it from Paladin Press, which should tell you something about it. This book will tell you how to get as nasty as you want to get with them (and it gets very nasty) without going to jail.

EDIT - I say without going to jail not because everything in the book isn't highly illegal, but because it is stuff that you can do without getting caught.

Hmmm, I do like that fax idea...I just need to find a fax I can use...don't want to use anything connected to me.

I know that they are a member of the Chamber of Commerce, so I am thinking of bringing a sign that says "Ask me how Branding Iron Riped me off!" to embarras them. I talked to a couple other members down there I know...one guy said he would pay me $20 to watch that. Something like that would destroy their credibility in that group...

umm Yeah I would just wait and file a suit when you can. If you start harassing them or having people harass them then they could be entitled to a counter suit for it and punitive damages. If its really as you say it is and you can prove it (ie get statements from former clients) then its a water tight case and you WILL win. If you left out a few details in your story then ....well who knows.
