I'm holding an auction (I'm in Windsor, CO) for a race engine I had put together.
This is no short changed object, and with proper tuning this block can take shots of nitrous and boost simultaneously (like a 70 shot of nitrous and 10 psi) or just run straight up to 30 psi (if you can get a turbo to run that high on a Honda!)
The design was modeled after an H22A; with the difference of course being the displacement. Its been overbored to 77mm, with specially designed piston rings from Eagle, and JE-Forge Pistons, with a series of iron forged Eagle Rods and bearings. The crank was knifed, and balanced for maximum efficiency.
But the kicker is the custom Eagle pistons, they're mirror finished and designed to prevent any type of valve tap, as well they are low compression - when mixed with a regular headgasket and D16Z6 head you will run 9.1:1 compression.
But it gets EVEN better; Golden Eagle has resleeved the entire block with iron ductile sleeves, and professionally welded the cylinder support with what one might call a block guard (though its an actual part of the casting now
The oil channels have been enlarged to allow more coolant to pass through the block, and a stronger Honda oil pump has been placed on it
For full information and pics please check the auction:
