Turbo, or not?

ok, to start off, i got a honda civic (i know, i know, but its all i could afford, my cousin sold it to me cheap) so now, after 4 traffic tickets in 5 months, i need something to actually give me an option other than pull over when i see the cop lights in my mirror. im looking at new engines, and for the better engines, turbos are f'in expensive! should i get an engine that can be turbo'ed, or just get a good engine and spend the rest of the money on other parts? anyone who knows a lot about this, either respond here or on the forums of www.tophorsepower.com (http://www.tophorsepower.com)

Screw a turbo or new engine, just buy a gun, they are way cheaper. If a cop tries to pull you over, fire a few shots out the window to let him know you're not in the mood to be fucked with. That should take care of your problem.

Make sure to take out your airbags, seat belts, and ABS controls to save weight. Most of the saftey stuff is just dead weight anyway. Think about it, how often do you really use your airbags?
