hey tobi or anyone if I have a obd2 motor with the ecu that comes with it and my car is a obd1 will I still have to convert it to obd1 or its okay since I am using the obd2 ecu too. here what I got a 99 gsr motor with the ecu and the car is a 92 civic hatch please help me out

DOnt waste your time converting it to OBD-II. Convert the motor to OBD-I and install it and use a P28 Or P72 OBD-I ECU.

how do I come about convert it to obd1 do I just buy the jumper for it or what do I have to do?

Either use the wiring harness off the motor that is in the car now and adapt it to the B series or buy an OBD-I GSR wire harness and slap in on.
