what kinda condition are they in? any rips, faded areas, ect? Also do they come with the brackets?

The seats are in mint condition, No rips or tears. I am in the springs. I bought both of these to go in my SI and both were "supposed to be" black when I bought them but when they showed up they were not black they were grey
