Are you sure it's only bent valves? Piston tops could be scored and cracked.

the body and interior is in very good condition. tires have less than 1000 miles on them. i spent close to $1500 dollers in maintanance 1 week before the timing broke.
the car is black with black leather interior it is manual transmission and it is quattro.
im not even sure that it snapped i took it to econo lube en tube to fix and they dident even do a compression test. they put a new timing belt on and the car dident start so they said the valves are bent. maybe they set the timing wrong. idont know. or maybe they were just trying to screw me . but anyway about the price. any REASONABLE OFFER.

well i know the car is worth around 10 thousand and the repairs. even if you just wanted to put a new engine in it it would cost under 3 grand. so give me an offer

you should take it to prestige imports and have them diagnose the problem, it shouldnt cost you much.

Besides needing head work - anything else need attention? 1.8t or 2.8 N/A? Are there any mods on the car? How fast was the motor spinning when the timing belt let go? Won't Audi cover the snapped timing belt, if the last one was changed by them, under warranty?

i was in 5th gear going about 45-50 mph when it snaped. audi wont cover it because the belt was never changed. and it is suposed to be changed at 90k, i found that out after it snaped
