:) I got a 2003 Seat Cordoba and are starting to fix it up, this car basically has the power train of the Jetta 2.0 8V motor, I want to engage in rigorous fix for speed tips from guys that are fixing up their Jetta's or Golf's and Talk about what is working and what is not.

My bro got one. Tectonic Tuning is a really good company. We got cams, chip and exhaust for his car and its much more fun to drive.

The 2.0 isn't a great platform to mod. I had two of them back in the day. The one had an intake, exhaust, cam, chip, etc and was still pretty weak. If you decide to mod that engine look at turbocharging it. It really is about teh only way to get decent power out of it.

How about the Exhoust, the OEM muffler does not go out the back it's on the inside and its poiting to the ground, should I cut a hole through the back, or what do you guys sugest??

Look into the bahn brenner superchargers. There's like 3 stages available with internals and fuel and all that good stuff. And turbos always work. ATP makes some kits.

You can get a tip that has a little swoop in it that will put it out the back. Either that or get another muffler that has an outlet that sits lower and will point out the back. I have no idea if anyone makes body kits for those, but some might have an outlet for a muffler in the rear.
