I was just wondering what would be the best to use, I am looking to make about 350-400whp on a turbo set up.. I have looked at both but I cant seem to make up my mind. I was just wondering what the pros think about the 2. I like the price on the Hondata s200, but will it work for what I am looking to do.

Go with the Hondata. It's better, cheaper and you can have HondaGhandi tune it for you. I would assume that's what he would suggest. Drop him a PM.

I almost went EMS before i decided just to take the supercharger off. The s200 starts off cheaper, but you have to pay all the options that you need like boost capability, datalogging. And if you want to be able to make your own changes you need to get even more stuff. Whereas, the EMS is all inclusive.

The guess it all boils down to who is going to do the tuning and what they are comfortable using. I drove my car down to Houston to get the EMS tuned before I found someone to take off my blower for real cheap.

Both will work fine. I have both and made good power with either. THe EMS has more features, but they are not all necessary. The Hondata is cheaper if you don't get all the features. Here's my pros/cons

AEM:
coil-on-plug capable
built in boost control and traction control, but they take a while to get tuned
takes longer to configure everything
no need to burn ROMS, just save any changes you make
I can make changes to it (not sure if that's a pro or con)
AEM is still developing EMS releases with new features

Hondata
uses distributor, limits how much voltage I can run
much quicker to tune, especially to get idle right
cheaper if you don't buy all features, especially DIY programmability
less features than EMS
no new development, they are working on the Kpro product now

I currently use the EMS, will be selling the Hondata.
