more info
This extension has the following stipulations:
- Absolute expiration of Nov 1, 2005 with no chance of renewal.
- Track operations from 8am to 8pm or dusk (whichever happens first), 7 days a week
- Noise requirements were actually relaxed for us, since all clubs that race there can demonstrate testing and proactive abatement steps.

You have PMI and PPIR, and you aren't that far from La Junta... Pueblo is the place to be for road racing.

well, we still are screwed... we really wanted a 2 year extension. The new track is still in desperate need of funding.

Where is the proposed location of the new track? Any more info on it?

Out by DIA, about 5 miles "as the crow flies" from SCR. But the latest rumor is that we may have lost that location and a $20k deposit with it because the funds to purchase the land weren't raised in time. :(

I went to high school with Jay Bonvouloir. He had a neon with a bunch of Sign Edge graphics on it. Makes more sense now.
