cable tranny not engaging?

I have a 93 integra with cable transmission, after about 20 min. of normal driving I put into second gear and let out on the clutch...and nothing happens. I pull over and put into all the gears without putting the clutch in as if it were in nuetral, no grinds and nothing is disconnected. Everything feels normal except that when I let out it doesn't engage. What the hell is wrong?

I pulled my tranny and my clutch was fine, it's a 4 puck clutch masters. I opened up the tranny and the little levers that move the shift fork up and down was shattered, because of the clutch was so rough on it.

was the car running while you were putting it in gear when you were pulled over? does the peda get stuck on the floor?

When was the last time you had a clutch done? Does it engage again after letting the car cool down?
