My brother has a 2000 civic with h&r lowering springs.
Will his shocks and lowering springs fit my 95 integra?
Thanks for the help.

The front shocks will fit but I belive the rear lower shock mount will not.

The 92-00 Civic front shocks are compatible with the 94-01 Integra, but the Integra's rear shocks are only compatible with 92-95 Civics (96-00 are different). I know H&R has different part numbers for the Integra and Civic springs, but I'm not sure if it's because of fitment, different spring rates, or both.

Are you pretty sure about that? I thought the 96-00 civics had a thinner control arm mount than 5G civics and 3G integras. So, when putting 5Gcivic/3Gintegra rear shocks into the 6G civics, you need to add a washer or 2. The 6G rear shock wont fit into 5Gcivic/3Gintegra arms because they are not wide enough.

What are you questioning? We are saying the same thing. And yes, that's my understanding of it as well.
