is your car buring more gas now? my guess is that you are dumping way to gas in when u floor it and when you let go of the gas not enough air mix with gas. that is my guess so don't hold me for it

I'm not sure if it's burning too much gas or whatever...but i did switch out the stock 91 civic si fuel pump to a 99 civic si fuel pump and also made a electric switch(on/off) for the new fuel pump.

I think that is the problem there that new fuel pump dump more gas so I recommend u get a fuel controller that should do the trick

 A new fuel pump wont cause higher pressure and increased consumption. The pressure and flow is a function of the fuel pressure regulator, not the pump. A larger pump is only needed to keep up with the demands of a modded system. (Bigger injectors, boost, higher fuel pressure)

I reccomend you have it diagnosed by someone who knows what he is doing. That way you can have it fixed instead of throwing money at a problem and not ever seeing results. PM me if youre interested in having it fixed right.
