I will be prowling these boards during the day for the next 5 school days. I got kicked out of school for 5 days starting Monday for defending myself in a fight. The school system nowdays is messed up.

Ya I won. We were playing flag football in PE and this faggot sophmore kept trying to make it full contact. So the next time he tried to tackle me I stiff armed him and he got pissed. So a few plays later he cheapshots me to the kidney so I got pissed and told him to knock it off. Then when class is almost over he taps me on the shoulder and takes a swing at me. So I ducked under it and hit him in the nose and he dropped crying and shit. It is retarded that I got kicked out too when he started it. I NEED to be in class damnit.

That's not true. In Colorado the policy is that any individual involved in a fight or act of violence will be suspended and possibly expelled, depending on the severity. It doesn't matter if you're the victim or the agressor, they call it a "cooling off" period.

Absolutely. Ya I got in my first fight in 8th grade and I was just defending myself and got kicked out. So my Dad(who is a big guy) went and talked to the principal. My Dad thought it was bullshit that I got kicked out. So he went in the principals office. Our prinicipal is a bit of a fatass prolly like 350+ lbs. So my Dad says so you're saying that if my son is on the ground getting hit he is not supposed to do anything just supposed to take a beating? The principal said yes. So my Dad jumps out of his seat and says so when I jump on top of you and pound on you, you are telling me you are just going to take it? The principal immediately put up his fists it was pretty funny. Sounds like something my Dad would do doesn't it Stu?
I guess, I don't really know your dad.

You can't believe who started the fight because both people are going to say the other did it. So you punish them both. And also to keep fights from starting. If it was otherwise I'd just have to piss you off enough to get you to swing.
You can't just wait until after school, you both have to go home first. And even then, the school can still discipline you because of what is called a "nexus" to the school. That basically means that since you know each other through the school, that the school can still discipline you. I learned all about this in high school when my friend got suspended from school for flipping off one of the coaches when they say him in traffic.

Jet: No, but I hate it when a minority gets away with something the majority can't, just based on their race.
Stu: I see things like this at my school all of the time. I see, just for instance, a black guy picking a fight with white kid over something stupid like a seat. Then when both go to the office, one goes home and one stays there, and guess which kid doesn't get in trouble?

I think he is talking about your post where you were talking about the black kid that had a problem with me a year or so ago. GSX the kid that I got into a fight with was white, and both of us got sent home, although he is sent home for 10 days not 5.
