Sweet ass silver M3 rolling down Arapahoe as I merged onto it from Parker. Was just heading home from the airport. Car is pulling GREAT with the cold weather! 'burnout:

Anyhow catch a red light about a block away from Havana by my house to turn off on. So it turns green and I just started normally not even trying to race, and I hear him gun it and he jumps almost a car on me. I'm somewhat still grogy from the flight but anyhow I just stomp it at that point after seeing he obviously is looking for a little fun :) . I gunned it around 35, and ran the car up to 83 when I let off. He chirped his 2nd shift after I just stomped it in first, by which point I was already making up the slack, I was by his passenger window. Put 2 & 1/2 car lengths on him nicely. By that point I had already passed my street so we kept going straight for a little while, didn't look like he wanted to do any more fun runs and he stayed behind me. It was awsome to finally get a chance to run an M3, sweet ass car, and thanks for the fun little run. Much respect for that ride

The E36 and E46 look pretty similar, so it's easy to confuse one for the other, but the E46 has much more power. I believe Juztin could give an E46 something to worry about though. :)

Justin's car, yes. A Z closer to stock couldn't.

you guys

Actually I couldnt really tell if it was an E46/36. Damn dark night, only thing I remember was that it had the sweet deep dish looken wheels. Wish I knew, looking at the specs of the E46, I would be inclined to say I would lose, but who knows. All I know is last night was the perfect time to run wide open, that cold weather was awsome :)

And Chris, yes you to would hear the raspy sound of defeat

E36 and E46 do not look a like... did it have vents on the front fenders? if so it was an E46. E36 has the exhaust on the side and the E46 has them near the middle of the car.

yup, the e36 exhaust exits out the driver side. the e46 has duel exhaust ( 4 pipes) running down the middle. did it have hid's?

But the non-BMW enthusiest wouldn't know the difference.
