here's the article.

what pisses me off is not understandable business necessity to cut costs. and i'm not pro-Union at all. but i really don't understand why ford needed to buy jaguar if it is not profitable for them?
and why would they also take jaguar out of formula one?

Jaguar F1 has been a joke since Ford took over for Jackie Stewart. It's probably for the best. Hell, Ford racing all over is getting budget cuts. The WRC program is next in line. But of course NASCAR won't be touched.

Jaguar leaving F1 is so amazingly lame. First Orange Arrows, now Jaguar? Who's going to be left to race? At least Minardi Hasn't given up next.

We still have Ferrari, Honda, Renault, BMW, etc. Jaguar isn't exactly a big player in F1. Racing is pretty expensive, and it's far beyond ridiculous at the Formula 1 level. It's not hard for the costs to outweigh the gains.

I'm surprised F1 still exists. Pretty soon its going to get so costly no ones going to want to compete save Ferrari and Williams and maybe McLaren. Hopefully Mosely can level the playing field.
