Spent the past couple days moving into my new house. It was a bitch, but is pretty much done now. It's crazy to think that i'm a homeowner :D. Feels pretty good though.

Thanks guys :D, good luck with your houses as well guys. It's a long and stressful process, but it's definitely worth it.

As for a meet. The rockyard would be fine with me. We had a huge one there a year or two ago and it went off fairly easily.

Will do. I'm going to try to talk my dad into helping me buy both units of a duplex. I can live in 1 and rent the other out. Otherwise, I'm going to get a really nice townhome. Too bad none of the lofts downtown provide private garages. I'd totally be there.

Yeah I wish I would have bought my dad's old house in Countryside (Standley Lake). It was a decent 3 bedroom with only a one car, but he would have sold it to me for $100k and that was only about four years ago... damn me..

Countryside is a nice area...
