I've heard people praise Syncromesh. I've put Redline MTL in mine and it's been working fine.

What they said. I use Honda MTF which is basically 10-40 oil with modifier in it. If you have grind problems use GM synchromesh or any of the aftermarket synchromesh fluids. It might help those grinds out.

which 1 do u think is better for a rebuilt 95 gsr tranny? gm/penzoil synchro mesh gear oil or honda mtf?

IF its a fresh tranny the MTF is best. Synchros shift tends to be notchy when cold.
