Why did you pick up the R LSD? I would have sold the GS-R tranny and just picked up an R tranny. That final gear ratio owns me.

Have fun. Transmissions suck. Search on honda tech. A guy has a pretty decent write up on it, but if you arent that experienced, I wouldnt suggest tearin into it

I just looked for like 15 minutes and couldnt find it. You could probably do it with a helms manual. Also talk to Honda Gandi on here, he might be able to help you

Just wonderin.. does anyone know the price range of a type -r tranny? does it just bolt on (to my GSR)??

Its not a job for a tranny NoOb. Ive seen experienced techs murder a tranny before on this install. PM if you are interested in having it done for you.
