Bad Rod knock

Just starting getting a bad rod knock. Anyone know of a good turbo shop around Michigan?? I have a 91 MR2 w/3SGTE. Need to rebuild the entire engine.

I may be buying a 2004 Saturn Ion Redline. Test drove it today. For an everyday drive it is quick. Any thoughts on it. Should I or not.

Rod bearings are rather easy to replace provided you don't have to do a lot to remove the oil pan.
