Integra clutch

I recently bought a 94 integra ls w/106k (original clutch). I think it may be going out, but is there any adjustment on hydro trannies that would make a difference? Most of the time it shifts alright, but sometimes I can't get it into 2nd or third. Also, it fires up great most of the time when I start it, but sometimes it takes a couple tries just to get the engine to fire (Possibly the clutch?).

There is no adjustment that I'm aware of, but check your clutch fluid. If it's low then you have a leak somewhere; if it's black then it's time to flush it (just make sure you bleed it properly).

I recently added just a dot 3 to the clutch master cylinder to bring it to full (it was above the low line), but it seems to just get worse. The clutch master cylinder was replaced and bled at 78k and the fluid is not black, but it is halfway between clear and dark in color. Could it still be causing the problem? Does it need to be replaced if it is not black? After the car is driven for a while it will sometimes not allow downshifting and/or upshifting.
