I know this has been done over and over, but I ran some searches through previous threads and didn't find what I was looking for, so here goes again...

2000 Integra GSR. The stock rear sway ripped itself outta the frame. (don't ask, long story, I got the shaft from Acura) I'm getting that repaired, installing a type-r rear sway with beaks kit and tie bar. I want to upgrade the springs/shocks/struts. I'm not interested in specifically lowering the car, unless it has to get lowered in order to gain performance, cause I know it'll help the center of gravity, but I like being able to clear speed bumps n chit... But I'm rambling. Anyone have any suggestions?

One question is whether Type-R pieces will fit a GSR. Hmmm...

Fronts will fit. Rear shocks will fit IF you also swap out the lower control arms.

Whatever combo you use(I used Koni yellow struts and Eibach Pro-kit springs with a camber kit), check out front/rear upper/lower strut braces/tie bars, they made a noticable difference for me, especially in steering response. Also, as long as you have it apart, a full set of polyurethane bushings will take the play out of your suspension and help with wheel hop too. Polyurethane engine mounts have been good for me also.

Would a tie bar do any good in the front? Never really thought about putting one up there...

I had a front strut brace, then put the other three on at the same time. Together they made a significant difference, not sure how much each piece contributed.

Integras already come with a front lower tie bar. Adding a front strut tower bar will help.

Aah, I have a Civic, had to add a tie bar to mine.
