Ok. So I went to test fit a Type R rear anti-sway bar and found my stock sway bar had ripped the passenger side mount out of the sub-frame. I'm taking it in soon to get repaired. Acura won't cover it.

Question is, I'd still like to put the Type R anti-sway bar on. I'm planning on getting a beaks kit to reinforce the sub-frame. Anyone suggest any supplemental reinforcement? Maybe a lower tie bar. I don't wanna tear anything else up!

BSQ or Beaks kit will hold up fine if the subframe is in good shape. The stock bar shouldn't have torn out like that, so something is weird on your car.

I've been running a Type-R rear bar with a BSQ kit for 2 years now with zero problems, and I've put it though much more than the vast majority of Integras will ever see.

Do tie bars really make a difference structurally or performance wise? I figured it couldn't hurt to get a little more support. The sub-frame is NOT in good shape on the passenger side. (two holes torn in it)

I've never used one, but it wouldn't hurt (unless it requires holes to be drilled). I'd expect to to help keep the bar from tearing out again, since the metal couldn't flex as much.

Tie bars noticeable improved my steering response, not a huge thing, just a little more precise.
