Wanted: Someone with a welder....

why not just have an ehaust shop flare the ends so the flanges cant come off and therefore you can bolt it to your exhaust...

Thats what I meant. What is flaring the ends? I just wanted someone to weld the flanges to the piping so I can bolt it on. Just checking if anyone would do it, I called one shop and they said 35 bucks. Im not complaining thats not expensive, just seeing if anyone else would wanna do it.

you dont want it welded cause they you cant arrange the sides... an exhaust shop should have a flare tool that you slip the flange on, put in the machine and it pulls and flattens the ends, so that the flange wont come off and when you bolt it up the pipe is stuck inbetween so that it holds it all together..
