Turbo Rebuild Question

Does anyone know of a place other then T.E.C. that does turbo rebuilds? I really need mine rebuilt, but would rather not pay almost as much for the rebuild as the turbo is worth new. Any help here would be appreciated.

you could rebuild it yourself and just pay someone to balance it. i think the rebuild kits are pretty standard for pricing, it's the labor that costs so much
