Hell, the first time I got the stadium burger from CB&Potts, I ordered medium rare and the inside was still raw.

Anybody with a little bit of an appetite could take care of that burger.......hell when I was at a Fuddruckers in Lancaster, PA last summer I saw some mennonites eating the 1 pounder.

At least the Fuddruckes one is cooked all the way through, but I can't really see how that big one could be.

That Friday is a race Friday I believe.

Lets see about possibly doing it prior to your Colorado Blvd. meet you guys have in August. There's a Fuddruckers on 120th and Grant, which is real close to where you guys will be. It should also bring more people out to participate.

We should have the contest of the fastest eating of the 1lb. cheeseburger. I say $10 entry fee, winner gets 80% of the pot, runner up gets the remaining 20%. I'm keepin it cheap so the youngsters can get in on the action.

If i remember correctly it takes them 20 or so minutes to cook it. If we are timing who can eat it the fastest everyone that wants to take part needs to be there at the same time. If you show up late you will miss out. A soggy 1 lb burger would taste nasty!

Sounds good to me.

I think we need to designate a timekeeper/judge to dertermine the final results. We also need to determine which one pound burger will be the standard burger that will be chosen, that way it is fair to everyone. What you decide to top it with is your choosing from the produce area.

Maybe we should just start a new thread for this. I will get that done.
