Is it possible to swap the b16a cams for those in my 99 gsr. I wanted to do this to bring my redline up to 8200. I checked the intake and exhaust valve size on both of these cars and it turned out to be the same. Any help on this would be great. Thanks

you can do it because of the B16 having more agressive cams but 200 RPM isnt gonna do anything for power whatsoever. And its also not the cams that change the redline, its the ECU and you will need one that redlines higher.

Not to mention an upgraded valvetrain. Unless "U" valves are going to be the next big thing.

So you mean the more aggressive and larger sized lobe on the b16a cam has nothing to do with the higher redline?

Would it be better to go with the b16b cam instead, people say it has more power on the top end than the b16a. Thanks for any help you could give me!

Yes, B16B is CTR. Watch out for fake ones out there tho.
