guy takes his dad's muscle car to go to beach while car is being worked on. guy almost gets t-boned by stupid ricer with big ass wing. guy pulls into gas station to get gas, said ricer pulls in. said ricer talks about his ebay BOV emulator and "2nd turbo installed in exhaust that doubled his hp and torque when dyno'd." after finding out ricer spent "25gs" to do "9s in the 1/4 mile with 700hp", guy lures ricer to hidden police spot to show him "mad drifting skillz yo". said ricer performs turn at high speed, crashes into police car; tries to run, chase ensues. guy drives by after to see ricer handcuffed and searched while "gtr battle wing" hanging off trunk.
