Who welds aluminum?

I need to get my bov flange welded onto my ic pipe. All that needs to be done is drill a 32mm hole, insert flange, and weld. How much, and how soon can you do it. My friend's friend said he would do it for like $25, or maybe a case of beer or something. Now he decides to up the price, and I think he's really trying to rip me off. The bov is a turbo xs, and the ic pipe it a Blitz pipe, but I don't really think that matters.

Take it to a fabrication shop and have them TIG weld it.

I wish I would have know two days ago. I had it welded at a shop. Thanks though, I'll keep you in mind if anything else comes up.
